针对磨损与腐蚀失效轧机牌坊现场高性能再制造技术难题,研究了其激光熔覆再制造技术,评价了多种合金熔覆层的抗氧化与耐磨损性能。结果表明,相对轧机牌坊材料25#钢,选取的Fe基、Ni基和Co基3种类型9种熔覆材料均具有优异的抗氧化性能和耐磨损性能。其中,Co1合金熔覆层氧化后表面形成了致密氧化膜,熔覆层的抗氧化性能最佳;而Co4合金的相对耐磨性最优异,磨损体积最小。最后,采用激光熔覆技术再制造的轧机牌坊在工厂生产中具备更长的使用寿命,再制造技术效果显著。
Aiming at the high-performance remanufacturing technology problems of wear-and-corrosion-failure rolling mill torch, the laser cladding remanufacturing technology was studied and the anti-oxidation and wear-resisting properties of various alloy coatings were evaluated. The results show that the 9 kinds of cladding materials of Fe, Ni and Co based on 25 # steel of rolling mill torch have excellent oxidation resistance and wear resistance. Among them, the Co1 alloy cladding layer formed a dense oxide film on the surface after oxidation, and the anti-oxidation performance of the cladding layer was the best. Co4 alloy had the best wear resistance and the smallest wear volume. Finally, rolling mill remanufacturing using laser cladding technology has a longer life in mill production, with significant remanufacturing technology.
