运用常规壳单元和连续体壳单元对厚度为0.9mm的DP980钢板U型辊弯成形进行了有限元仿真分析,并采用动态结果导入静态算法的回弹方法,对模拟结果进行了精确的回弹分析。结果表明,相比实验结果,连续体壳单元在辊弯成形有限元仿真中的运算更加精确,仿真结果具有更高的形状和尺寸精度。并且在加入静态回弹分析后,分析结果与实验结果更加吻合,左右边腿成形角度误差仅为2.19%和1.52%。该方法对今后辊弯成形有限元仿真有较好的参考和指导意义。
The conventional shell element and continuous shell element were used to simulate the U-shape roll forming of DP980 steel plate with a thickness of 0.9 mm. The dynamic results were used to introduce the static method of rebound method to accurately simulate the results analysis. The results show that compared with the experimental results, the calculation of continuum shell elements in the finite element simulation of roll forming is more accurate and the simulation results have higher shape and dimensional accuracy. And after adding the static springback analysis, the analysis results are more consistent with the experimental results, the error of forming angle of left and right leg is only 2.19% and 1.52%. This method has a good reference and guidance for the finite element simulation of roll forming in the future.
