目的观察免疫型肠内营养对食管癌患者术后免疫功能的影响。方法将手术治疗的126例食管癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组。分别观察两组患者术后第1天、第10d的营养指标及免疫指标。结果与术后第1天比较,实验组及对照组患者术后第10d TP及HB数值明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者术后第10d Ig M、CD4、IL-6及Glu数值明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论食管癌患者术后行免疫型肠内营养支持可明显改善机体免疫状况。
Objective To observe the effect of immune-type enteral nutrition on postoperative immune function in esophageal cancer patients. Methods 126 cases of esophageal cancer patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The nutritional indexes and immune indexes of the two groups were observed on the first day and the tenth day respectively. Results Compared with the first day after operation, the values of TP and HB on the 10th day after operation in the experimental group and the control group were significantly increased, with statistical significance (P <0.05). In the experimental group, the values of Ig M, CD4, IL-6 and Glu at the 10th day after operation were significantly increased, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Postoperative esophageal cancer patients with immune-type enteral nutrition support can significantly improve the body’s immune status.
