中国炼铁成本居高不下,固体废弃物等资源循环利用率较低。干熄焦除尘灰是炼焦工艺的副产品之一,长期以来无法高效率地利用该资源。高炉中喷吹干熄焦除尘灰,不但可以降低生铁成本,在一定程度上也可以缓解适合高炉喷吹的无烟煤资源短缺的弊端,对环境保护也有积极的意义。通过对干熄焦除尘灰代替部分高价无烟煤的燃烧率、可磨性及着火点等技术可行性进行论证,并在酒钢的高炉上进行工业试验,通过分析试验结果提出了一些使用建议。该研究有利于钢铁企业降低成本、提高废弃资源的利用率,也有利于节能减排。
China’s ironmaking costs are high, with low recycling rates of solid waste and other resources. CDQ Dust removal is one of the by-products of the coking process, which has long been ineffective. Blasting CDQ dust removal, not only can reduce the cost of pig iron, to a certain extent, can also be suitable for blast furnace anthracite shortage of shortcomings, the environmental protection also has a positive meaning. Through the demonstration of the technical feasibility of replacing the part of high-priced anthracite coal with the combustion rate, grindability and ignition point of CDQ dust removal ash, the industrial test was carried out on the BF of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and some suggestions for its use were put forward by analyzing the test results. The study is conducive to iron and steel enterprises to reduce costs, improve the utilization of waste resources, but also conducive to energy saving.
