目的：观察中医内外兼治带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法：治疗组以五味消毒饮为内服药剂，苦参汤为外擦药剂，并用ＴＤＰ照射患处，对照组仅内服五味消毒饮，两组均以７天为一疗程进行对比观察。结果：治疗组总有效率１００％，对照组总有效率８０％，两组疗效有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．００５）。结论：内外兼治法能明显缩短治疗周期，有较好的临床推广价值。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of treating both internal and external Chinese Herpes Zoster. Methods: The treatment group took Wuwei Disinfectant as internal medicine and Kushen Decoction as external eradication agent. TDP was used to irradiate the affected area. The control group received oral administration of Wuwei Disinfection Drink only. Both groups were compared for 7 days for one course of treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.005). Conclusion: Both internal and external treatment can significantly shorten the treatment cycle, there is a good clinical value.
