幼儿教育是启蒙教育,它关系到孩子一生的行为习惯以及良好品德的养成。孩子是家庭的希望,民族的未来,人们总是把他们比作祖国的花朵和幼苗。花团锦簇,祖国才能五彩缤纷;幼苗茁壮,才有参天大树。幼儿教育作为基础教育的重要组成部分,我们教师正是培养这些幼苗成长的园丁,是开发幼儿智力、培养美德的启蒙之人。多年的教学实践让我深感自己工作的重要性。幼儿教师不仅要有很好的专业素质,更要有一颗浓浓的爱心,让孩子感受爱、学会爱、付出爱。
