刑事审判工作的着眼点在于化解因犯罪引发的各种社会矛盾,恢复正常的社会秩序,为构建和谐社会服务。但目前刑事审判工作还没有发挥好这一功能,因而,我们必须针对目前存在的问题,找到相应的对策,使其发挥好这一功能。
The focus of criminal trial lies in resolving various social contradictions caused by crime, restoring normal social order and serving the construction of a harmonious society. However, at present, the criminal trial work has not given full play to this function. Therefore, we must find solutions to the existing problems so that they can give full play to this function.
