现阶段云南省众多旅游目的地景区饮食被外省菜系所侵入,从旅游业发展角度上看,云南滇菜也属于旅游资源之一,具有鲜明的地方特色,但是滇菜除云南之外在其他地区与八大菜系知名度相差太远,而当地菜系对可持续旅游经济发展具有很大的作用。本文主要评估云南滇菜与旅游业经济发展之间联系,采用swot分析方法对滇菜进行分析机会优势及制约因素,本文研究结果有助于加深游客对云南滇菜的认知,更好将滇菜推广全国,加快云南经济发展。
At this stage, many tourist destinations in Yunnan Province, the food is intrigued by the provincial cuisine, tourism from the development point of view, Yunnan Yunnan cuisine is also one of the tourist resources, with distinct local characteristics, but Yunnan cuisine in addition to other than in Yunnan Difference with the popularity of the eight major dishes far, and local cuisine on the sustainable development of tourism economy has a significant role. This paper mainly evaluates the relationship between Yunnan Diancai and tourism economic development, and uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages and constraints of Diancai. The results of this study can help to deepen tourists’ cognition of Yunnan Diancai, Dishes promote the country, speed up the economic development in Yunnan.
