有关黄疸的汉方治疗,最集中的论述是大冢敬节氏的《根据症候的汉方治疗实际》一书。这是根据《金匮要略》黄疸病篇所载的症状和治法,重复其经验而加以应用的记录。大冢氏在书中指出了以下的处方及应用范围。(1)茵陈蒿汤:黄疸、口渴、尿不利、便秘、胸内苦闷。无黄疸也可用。急性肝炎初期,未出现黄疸而有恶心、食欲不振、便秘、尿少、发热等,若用之,可使黄疸出现亦轻微,早获痊愈。
