毕业生的择业效能感是其在求职过程中的自信程度,对毕业生的择业行为和择业结果影响重大。本研究以择业效能感水平为标准,将600名高职毕业生区分为高效能感组和低效能感组,并对高效能感组和低效能感组的就业率的差异进行检验。研究结果表明:高效能感组的就业率显著高于低效能感组的就业率,毕业生的择业效能感水平对其就业产生直接影响。
Graduates ’job-searching efficacy is their self-confidence in the job search process, which has a great impact on graduates’ career choices and career choices. In this study, the level of occupational efficacy as a criterion, the 600 vocational graduates are divided into high efficiency group and low efficiency group, and the difference between the high efficiency group and the low efficiency group were tested. The results show that the employment rate of high-efficiency group is significantly higher than that of low-efficiency group, and the employment efficiency of graduates has a direct impact on their employment.
