[Objective] The research aimed to provide a reliable theoretical basis for the utilization of sludge. [Method] The pot experiment was conducted to study the rapeseed yield indexes, salinity and the accumulation and accumulation of heavy metals in Hg, As and Zn in plants and soils. [Result] The results showed that when the amount of sludge was medium (50g / pot), the yield and root / crown ratio of potted rape were obviously increased. When the amount of sludge increased to large amount (100g / pot) The rapeseed yield improvement effect is significantly reduced. Sludge can promote the uptake of N and P in rapeseed better than fertilizer and chicken manure, but the absorption of K is less effective than chicken manure. Sludge can increase soil salt content, and higher than fertilizer and chicken manure, but the effect is not significant. The content of Hg, As and Zn3 in rapeseed and soil after sludge application increased compared with the application of chemical fertilizer and chicken manure, Hg increased more obviously. The contents of Hg, As and Zn in rapeseed and soil all conformed to the relevant national vegetable safety standards and soil quality and safety standards. [Conclusion] The application of sludge in the short term would not cause secondary heavy metal pollution in farmland soil, but the content of Hg should be monitored and controlled in long term application.
