益康唑(C_(18)H_(15)Cl_3NO·HNO_3)自Godefroi合成以来,作为抗真菌药使用日广。其栓剂已有非水滴定法,由于不同基质的干扰,用半合成脂肪酸酯为基质时回收率高达105%。益康唑的酸性甲醇溶液(甲醇∶0.1 N盐酸=9∶1)在218um波长处有最大吸收,符合比尔定律。本文以分光光度法测定了益康唑在其栓剂中的含量,回收率为101%±0.80%优于非水滴定法。
Econazole (C_ (18) H_ (15) Cl_3NO · HNO_3) has been widely used as an antifungal agent since its synthesis from Godefroi. The suppository has been non-aqueous titration, due to the interference of different substrates, semi-synthetic fatty acid ester as a substrate when the recovery rate of up to 105%. Econazole acid methanol solution (methanol: 0.1N hydrochloric acid = 9: 1) at 218um wavelength maximum absorption, in line with Beer’s law. In this paper, the content of econazole in its suppository was determined by spectrophotometry. The recovery rate was 101% ± 0.80%, which was better than non-aqueous titration.
