国际理解教育要求对社会、历史要有一个动态的理解。音乐教师要有开放意识、超前意识、时代紧迫感和社会责任感,要连续不断的改变教育观念,加强理论学习,开阔知识视野,提高自身的国际理解素质。本文通过了解、熟知、理解国际理解教育的定义和特征,从而发现、探讨和总结中小学音乐教师的专业素养。在音乐课堂中纳入国际教育的理念,音乐教师应具有开放意识、超前意识、时代紧迫感等。要不断转变自己的教育观念,加强理论学习,开阔知识视野,增强自己的文化修养等。
International understanding education requires a dynamic understanding of society and history. Music teachers should have a sense of openness, advance awareness, sense of urgency and sense of social responsibility. They should continuously change their concepts of education, strengthen theoretical study, broaden their horizons of knowledge and improve their own quality of international understanding. Through understanding, familiarity and understanding of the definition and characteristics of international understanding education, this paper discovers, discusses and summarizes the professional qualities of primary and secondary music teachers. In the music class into the concept of international education, music teachers should have the sense of openness, advance awareness, the sense of urgency and so on. It is necessary to constantly change their own educational concepts, strengthen theoretical study, broaden their horizons of knowledge and enhance their own cultural accomplishments.
