实验表明:千金升白冲刺对环磷酰胺和~(60)cor 射线造成的低白模型小鼠,均有预防和治疗作用,能显著提高其白细胞、杆状细胞和网织红细胞。与生理盐水组比较,均有高度显著性差异(p<0.01):与升白西药利血生、(?)肝醇联用组比较,除对环磷酰胺低白模型的预防作用二者无显著性差异外(p>0.05),对环磷酰胺低白模型的治疗作用及~(60)cor 射线低白模型的预防和治疗作用,均有显著性差异(p<0.05或 p<0.01),该冲剂对淋巴细胞、单核细胞及嗜酸性细胞无显著影响,但有明显的抗炎作用。
Experiments have shown that the golden spurt white sprint has a preventive and therapeutic effect on low-white model mice caused by cyclophosphamide and ~(60)cor rays, and can significantly increase leukocytes, rod cells and reticulocytes. Compared with the saline group, there was a highly significant difference (p<0.01): Compared with the combination of Shengbaixuexuexuesheng and (?)hepatol, the preventive effect on the low-white model of cyclophosphamide was neither. Significant difference (p>0.05), significant effect on the therapeutic effect of cyclophosphamide low-white model and the (60) cor-ray low-white model were significant (p<0.05 or p<0.01). The granules had no significant effect on lymphocytes, monocytes, and eosinophils, but had significant anti-inflammatory effects.
