教师专业表达的最重要的形式就是教育写作。教育写作对教师专业成长的作用是综合性的,它不仅是校本研究和教育反思的成果体现,同时,更是进行教育反思的平台和工具,甚至随着教育写作水平的提升,教师自身就成为一种平台。本文从问题出发,呈现了在“任务”驱动下的写作偏误,接着从路径层面讲述将外在标尺内化为行动自觉,最后从方法层面论证如何拓宽边界,让自己通过行动成为平台。
The most important form of teacher professional expression is education writing. The role of educational writing in teacher professional growth is comprehensive. It is not only the result of school-based research and educational reflection, but also the platform and tool for educational reflection. Even with the improvement of educational writing, teachers themselves become A platform. From the point of view of the problem, this paper presents a writing bias driven by “task ”, and then from the path level, it turns the external scale into action consciousness. Finally, it proves how to broaden the boundary from the methodological level and make itself act as a platform .
