本文简要比较振动信号的两种分析方法:时域分析及频域分析的特点。从使用角度出发,采用频域分析法,分析了柴油机中气门、活塞销、连杆轴承、曲轴主轴承等部位主要异响的瞬态信号频率特征。应用选频放大技术与声音、多路发光电平表和带有选频放大器的数字电平表三种显示功能,综合指示上述异响的种类及部位,并研制成柴油机异响诊断仪。
This article briefly compares two analysis methods for vibration signals: time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis. From the perspective of the use of frequency domain analysis, the frequency characteristics of transient signals of the main abnormal noise of diesel engine such as valve, piston pin, connecting rod bearing and crankshaft main bearing are analyzed. Application of frequency selective amplification technology and sound, multi-channel luminous level meter and with a frequency selective amplifier digital meter three display functions, a comprehensive indication of the type and location of the abnormal sound, and developed into a diesel abnormal sound diagnostic apparatus.
