目的:研究蒲公英的化学成分。方法:溶剂提取和柱层析进行分离,根据化合物理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:分离并鉴定了2个黄酮甙,分别为槲皮素3O葡萄糖甙和槲皮素3Oβ半乳糖甙。结论:均首次从该种植物中分得。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of dandelion. Methods: Solvent extraction and column chromatography were used to separate the compounds. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Two flavonoids were isolated and identified. They were quercetin3Oglucoside and quercetin3Oβgalactose. Conclusion: All were obtained from the plant for the first time.
