整合素α_vβ_3是整合素家族中的重要成员,是促进血管生成的关键黏附分子。它在肿瘤细胞膜的外表高效表达,成为肿瘤细胞典型的特异性标志物,有可能成为抗肿瘤药物作用的靶点。本文对整合素α_vβ_3拮抗剂治疗肿瘤的研究进行综述。
Integrin α_vβ_3 is an important member of the integrin family and is a key adhesion molecule that promotes angiogenesis. It is highly expressed on the surface of tumor cell membrane and becomes a typical specific marker of tumor cells, which may become the target of antitumor drugs. This review summarizes the studies on the treatment of tumor with integrin α_vβ_3 antagonist.
