研究了油菜素内脂(BR)处理后对小麦形态和机能的多种影响,结果发现,最有实用价值的是对结实和产量的影响。抽穗前 BR 处理使有效分蘖率降低,抑制结实,对产量有负作用;但开花以后处理,可提高劣势小花结实率和劣位籽粒饱满度,对产量提高有相当大的正效应,10~(-2)ppm 的 BR 处理,平均每钵穗重增长15%,效果最好。
The effects of brassinolide (BR) treatment on the morphology and function of wheat were studied. The results showed that the most practical value was the effect on seed yield and yield. The treatment of BR before heading reduced the effective tillering rate and inhibited the seed setting, which had a negative effect on the yield. However, post-flowering treatment could increase the seed setting rate and inferior grain plumpness of inferior flower and had a considerable positive effect on yield increase. 2) ppm of BR treatment, the average per panicle weight gain of 15%, the best.
