慢性粒细胞白血病合并异常肿块,国内较少见〔1～4〕,近年来我们曾遇见2例,现报道如下. 例1.李×,女,39岁.因乏力、左上腹肿块8个月,近3周来持续性发热于1985年5月27日入院.患者于入院前8个月发现左上腹有一肿块,经骨穿确诊为“慢性粒细胞性白血病”.服马利兰半年,靛玉红2个月,症状尚平稳,能胜任一般家务劳动,3周前受雨淋后,自述咳嗽,咯少量痰,持续性发热,无全身骨骼疼痛及出血. 体检:体温38℃,脉搏114,血压120/60,中度贫血貌,全身皮肤粘膜苍白,无淤点、皮疹及结节,浅表淋巴结均未触及,胸骨压痛(-),心肺未见异常,腹软,肝右肋下4厘米,质中等,无压痛,脾大平脐,质硬,无压痛.实验室检查:血红 Chronic myeloid leukemia with abnormal mass, rare in China 〔1 ~ 4〕, in recent years we have met two cases are reported as follows.Example 1. Laboratory tests: blood red
