采用手工搅拌法制备了半固态6061合金,利用压力机及杯形试验模具,进行6061半固态铸-锻成形,研究了保持时间对6061半固态铸-锻成分偏析的影响。结果表明,保持时间越长,试样上部、中部、底部Si、Cu、Mg元素的含量越接近原始含量。保持时间在0、1、2s时,试样上部、中部的Si、Cu、Mg元素含量都比试样原始Si、Cu、Mg元素含量高,属于正偏析,而试样底部Si、Cu、Mg元素含量始终比试样原始Si、Cu、Mg元素含量低,为负偏析。保持时间≥3s后,试样上部、中部、底部Si、Cu、Mg元素偏析程度显著降低。
The semi - solid 6061 alloy was prepared by hand - stirring method. The 6061 semi - solid cast - forging was carried out by using the press and cup - shaped test die. The effect of holding time on segregation of 6061 semi - solid casting - forging was investigated. The results show that the longer the holding time, the contents of Si, Cu and Mg in the upper, middle and bottom samples are closer to the original content. At 0, 1, 2s, the content of Si, Cu and Mg in the upper and middle parts of the sample are higher than the original Si, Cu and Mg elements of the sample and belong to positive segregation, while the contents of Si, Cu and Mg Element content is always lower than the original Si, Cu, Mg elements of the sample, negative segregation. After the holding time ≥3s, the degree of segregation of Si, Cu, Mg elements in the upper, middle and bottom of the sample decreased significantly.
