思想政治工作在任何整体工作中具有极其重要的作用,也是医院整体工作必不可少的组成部分,其作用是为医院工作提供精神支持以及政治保障。随着医疗体制改革的不断实施,医院思想政治工作也将面临着各种问题和挑战。正确合理的运用思想政治工作,能提高医院职工工作的积极性,为医院发展提供更好的服务。本文主要将医院思想政治工作所面临的问题和应对策略进行综述。
