This article presents the results of a study of 44 fiber reinforced concrete beams. The cross section of the beam is 38×76 mm, the length is 457 mm, and the mortar mix ratio (cement:sand:water) is 1:2:2.5. A short-cut copper-plated steel fiber is prepared with a reinforcement ratio of 0%, 0.5%, respectively. 1% and 2%. After 7 days of beam curing, two concentrated forces were used to perform bending tests. During the test, the load, deflection, and crack width of the support groove were measured, as well as the surface crack width and length of the beam. The effects of specimen size on the ultimate stress intensity factor, the damage energy and the surface crack width at the groove were studied.
