陇川县结合县财政困难和中小学校拥有大量勤工俭学基地的实际,提出了一手抓教育教学、一手抓勤工俭学的思路,要求中小学校长要成为多面手,既会抓教育教学,又会抓勤工俭学,既能提高教育质量,又能增加勤工俭学收入。并采取种养结合、长短穿插,多形式开展勤工俭学。2013年全县中小学拥有勤工俭学基地2 124亩,其中茶叶125亩、杉木354.6亩、咖啡25亩、甘蔗390亩、玉米45亩、西南桦384亩、竹子102亩、蔬菜66.08亩、青饲料地20.8亩、荔枝20亩、水田7亩,其他85.5亩;猪圈119间,2 299平方米;有勤工俭学服务铺面4 349平方米。目前,勤工俭学在育人和服务办学方
