目的:对白簕提取物的抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌和美白活性进行研究,评价白簕提取物的生物活性强弱。方法:以测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC)来评价白簕提取物抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌生长的活性;以抑制B16黑色素瘤细胞内酪氨酸酶能力,测定其美白活性。结果:白簕醇提物和水提物抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌的MIC值分别为2.5 mg·mL~(-1)和5 mg·mL~(-1);白簕水提物对酪氨酸酶抑制活性较好,但醇提物未发现该活性。结论:白簕醇提物具有良好的抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌活性,而水提物的活性则表现在抑制酪氨酸酶中。
OBJECTIVE: To study the inhibition of P. acnes and the whitening activity of the extract from Bletilla striata, and to evaluate the bioactivity of the Bletilla striata extract. Methods: The activity of inhibiting the growth of P. acnes was evaluated by measuring the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), and the activity of tyrosinase in B16 melanoma cells was measured. The whitening activity was measured. Results: The MICs of ethanol extracts and water extracts of P. acnes were 2.5 mg · mL -1 and 5 mg · mL -1, respectively. Enzyme inhibition activity is better, but alcohol extract did not find this activity. CONCLUSION: Alcohol extract of Pulsatilla Chinensis has a good inhibitory activity against Propionibacterium acnes, while the activity of water extract is demonstrated by the inhibition of tyrosinase.
