作者从智利Valdivia地区植物抗癌普筛表中,发现D.winteri叶的苯提取物和乙酸乙酯提取物,对小鼠淋巴细胞性白血病P_(388)有活性作用。本文将叶的苯提取物,进行氧化铝柱层析,以氯仿-石油醚(1∶3)洗脱,得一主要流份,其结晶熔点为132~134°,鉴定为柳杉二醇(Cryptomeridiol),对P_(388)无活性。乙酸乙酯提取液,去尽溶剂,残余物用水捏溶,水层用氯仿提取。将氯仿液浓缩,得一结晶,与标准品对照,鉴定为5,4′-二羟基-6,7-二甲氧基黄酮(Cirsimaritin)。
The authors found that the extract of D.winteri leaves and the ethyl acetate extract from the plant anti-cancer universal sieve in the Valdivia region of Chile showed active activity on the mouse lymphocytic leukemia P_ (388). In this paper, the leaves of benzene extract, alumina column chromatography with chloroform - petroleum ether (1: 3) eluting to obtain a main stream, the crystal melting point of 132 ~ 134 °, identified as cedrene diol ( Cryptomeridiol), no activity on P_ (388). Ethyl acetate extract, to remove the solvent, the residue was water-miscible, the aqueous layer was extracted with chloroform. The chloroform solution was concentrated to give a crystal, which was identified as 5,4’-dihydroxy-6,7-dimethoxyflavone (Cirsimaritin) in comparison with the standard.
