采用向列相液晶和在光照下可发牛相分离的预聚物单体组成的混合物,分别应用掩膜版法和光刻电极图形法制作的夹层结构液晶盒,在个同条件F经紫外光辐照发生相分离,形成聚合物栅和墙结构。系统研究厂不同的单体种类、单体含量、UV光强、聚合温度对聚合物栅和墙结构的影响,比较了两种方法形成的概和墙结构的效果。最后给出作为光学衍射器件使用的衍射效果。
