平整度是衡量高级路面质量好坏的重要指标。路面不平顺,会增大行车阻力,并使车辆产生附加振动,直接影响行车的安全性、舒适性;同时附加振动以及不平整的路面所滞积的雨水,也将加速对路面的破坏。《公路工程质量检验评定标准》(JTJ071—1998)也对路面平整度提出了更高更严格的要求。下面结合迁安市南四环道路工程的施工、监督,介绍如何对改性沥青混凝土路面的平整度进行控制。
Flatness is an important indicator of the quality of high-grade pavement. The uneven road surface will increase the driving resistance and cause additional vibration to the vehicle, which will directly affect the safety and comfort of driving. At the same time, additional vibration and rainwater that is stagnant in the uneven road surface will accelerate the damage to the road surface. “Highway Engineering Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standards” (JTJ071-1998) also proposed a higher and more stringent requirements of road surface roughness. The following combination of South Fourth Ring Road in Qian’an City, construction, supervision, describes how to control the smoothness of modified asphalt concrete pavement.
