本文针对离子交换树脂能否除去水中热原问题,利用树脂除去天然水中热原,然后将树脂上的热原洗脱回收,借以考察树脂除热原的能力。用川医自来水与荷花池水作为天然热原的来源,两种原水经热原检查均为阳性结果。检查方法按药典(1963年版)规定进行。供测热原样品需调至等渗、调 pH 值为5~7、过滤、100℃30分钟灭菌处理。所用树脂为四川宜宾化工厂出品的苯乙烯型强酸、强碱(Ⅰ型)性阳、阴离子交换树脂。实验所用试剂均为分析、化学纯或注射用规格。
In this paper, ion exchange resin can remove the problem of pyrogen in water, the use of resin to remove pyrogen in natural water, and then the resin on the elution recovery, in order to examine the ability of the resin in addition to pyrogen. Resin used in Sichuan Yibin Chemical Factory produced styrene-based strong acid, alkali (type I) Yang, anion exchange resin. The reagents used in the experiment are analytical, chemical pure or injection specifications.
