在纵切机组中,为了存储剩余带钢,需要在圆盘剪与卷取机间设置一个活套坑。活套坑深度的合适与否,不但会影响施工和工程造价,同时还会影响生产的正常进行。而外商只会给出参考深度,这就需要进行最终确认找到最佳方案。以某特钢纵切机组为例,针对活套坑的深度及约束条件进行阐述和探讨,力求给出相对准确的计算方法。
In the slitting unit, in order to store the remaining strip, you need to set a looper between the disk cutter and the coiler. Whether the depth of loopers is suitable or not will not only affect the construction and construction costs, but also affect the normal production. Foreign investors will only give a reference depth, which requires final confirmation to find the best solution. Taking a special steel slitting unit as an example, this paper elaborates and discusses the depth and constraint conditions of the looper pit and tries hard to give a relatively accurate calculation method.
