本文从社会语言学变异研究的视角,基于语料库做了详尽的统计分析,考察了淘宝网各类商家群体的寒暄语特征及影响因素。研究发现:不同类型店家群体所使用的寒暄语差异显著;店铺的经营状况和店龄会影响店家的寒暄语使用;网络商家对经济效益的追求会促使其有意识地多使用礼貌语言。本研究对建构和谐双赢的网络购物交流环境具有积极导向作用。
From the perspective of sociolinguistic mutation research, this paper makes a detailed statistical analysis based on the corpus, and examines the characteristics and influencing factors of the greetings of various business groups in Taobao. The study found that: the greetings used by different types of store groups are significantly different; store business conditions and store age will affect the use of shopkeepers; the pursuit of economic benefits by online merchants will encourage them to consciously use more polite language. This research has a positive effect on building a harmonious and win-win online shopping communication environment.
