目的探讨麝香保心丸对运动后大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用。方法以大鼠力竭运动为模型,研究了麝香保心丸对血清和心肌中乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、谷草转氨酶 (GOT)、肌酸激酶 (CK)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶 (α- HBDH)等酶的活性和心肌中 Ca2+、 Mg2+含量的影响。结果力竭运动可造成大鼠血清和心肌中 LDH、 GOT、 CK、α- HBDH等酶的活性和心肌中 Ca2+含量显著升高,心肌中 Mg2+含量显著降低。麝香保心丸可抑制大鼠力竭运动后血清和心肌中 LDH、 GOT、 CK、α- HBDH等酶的活性和心肌中 Ca2+含量显著升高,抑制心肌中 Mg2+含量显著降低。结论麝香保心丸有减少力竭运动后心肌损伤的作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill on myocardial injury in rats after exercise. Methods The rat model of exhaustive exercise was used to study the effects of Shexiang Baoxin Pill on lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), aspartate aminotransferase (GOT), creatine kinase (CK) and α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase in serum and myocardium. (α-HBDH) and other enzymes activity and myocardial Ca2 +, Mg2 + content. RESULTS: Exhausted exercise can cause the activity of LDH, GOT, CK, α-HBDH and other enzymes and the increase of Ca2+ in myocardium in serum and myocardium. The content of Mg2+ in myocardium is significantly decreased. Qixiang Baoxin Pills can inhibit the activities of LDH, GOT, CK, α-HBDH and other enzymes in the serum and myocardium after exhaustive exercise in rats, and significantly increase the Ca2+ content in the myocardium and inhibit the Mg2+ content in the myocardium. Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pill has the effect of reducing myocardial injury after exhaustive exercise.
