针对煤矿生产过程中瓦斯突出动力灾害难以预测的难题,设计了一套通过测定煤样瓦斯参数预测瓦斯突出灾害的智能检测系统。该系统以STM32F103控制器为核心,根据等压解吸原理测定不同时间点取样罐内的压力变化,进而根据测得的相应瓦斯指标进行数据处理,最终对工作面瓦斯突出危险性进行预测。
Aiming at the difficult problem of gas outburst dynamic disasters in coal mine production process, a set of intelligent detection system for predicting gas outburst disaster by measuring coal gas parameters is designed. The system takes STM32F103 controller as the core, and measures the pressure changes in the sampling tank at different time points according to the principle of isobaric desorption, and then carries out data processing according to the measured gas index, finally predicts the gas outburst danger in the working face.
