随着我国建筑工程事业以及国内房地产市场的深度发展,对于一些具有人脉、资源和专业技能人才的工程总价咨询行业也迅速发展起来,并且取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。工程造价是指对于社会政府机构或者业主承建的工程的固定资产、无形资产及流动资金的总和。工程造价管理则是对于工程造价进行合理确定有效地控制。本文即对于建筑工程造价的有效控制方法,通过此类方法对于建设、设计、施工单位对于建筑中的人员财产进行最大化利用,从而获得做大的经济效益和社会效益。
With the development of China’s construction engineering industry and the real estate market in our country, the total engineering consulting industry with its network of contacts, resources and professional skills has also developed rapidly and has achieved good economic and social benefits. Project cost refers to the sum of fixed assets, intangible assets and working capital of projects undertaken by social government agencies or owners. Project cost management is to reasonably determine the cost of the project to effectively control. In this paper, for the effective control of construction project cost, through such methods for construction, design, construction units for the construction of personnel and property to maximize the use, so as to achieve greater economic and social benefits.
