当代社会越来越重视学生综合能力的发展,对于中职学生也不例外,中职学生大都是初中生参加中考然后直接选拔到中职院校进行学习,在中职院校进行教学学习,不仅仅要重视中职学生学习最基础最重要的文化学科,作为中职的班主任还要做好德育方面的工作。对于刚刚升入中职的学生来讲,德育工作很可能不易开展,为了提升中职学校的德育水平,很多教育方面的专家对中职院校班主任德育工作的开展进行了一系列的研究,本文就浅谈中职班主任德育工作的有效开展进行分析和探讨。
