本文对于小、精、薄、轻的冲裁件跟随凸模在凹模洞中回升的现象作了理论探讨。文章首先指出冲裁件在凹模洞中回升所带来的一系列恶果,以及冲裁小、精、薄、轻零件的模具的特点,然后对冲裁件的回升现象进行理论探讨,其结论是由于真空筒吸力所造成的。笔者从实践经验和理论上提出了多种解决冲裁件在凹模洞中随凸模回升的行之有效的办法。
This paper makes a theoretical study on the phenomenon of small, fine, thin and light blanking pieces that follow the phenomenon that the punch rebounds in the cavity of the die.
