应用紫外—可见漫反射光谱和微型反应—色谱技术研究了NiO-WO_3/Al_2O_3催化剂制备的各种因素对NiO和Al_20_3间的相互作用以及对吡啶加氢活性的影响。对于共浸法制备的催化剂,采用适当的制备条件,尽量防止NiAl_2O_4尖晶石的生成,可以提高催化剂的吡啶加氢活性。对于分浸法制备的催化剂,催化剂浸渍顺序对吡啶加氢活性的影响与催化剂的焙烧条件有关。
The interaction between NiO and Al_2O_3 and the effect of various factors on the hydrogenation activity of pyridine have been studied by UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and microreaction-chromatography. For the catalyst prepared by the co-leaching method, proper preparation conditions are adopted to prevent the formation of NiAl 2 O 4 spinel and increase the pyridine hydrogenation activity of the catalyst. For the catalyst prepared by immersion method, the influence of catalyst impregnation sequence on the hydrogenation activity of pyridine is related to the calcination conditions of the catalyst.
