学习一门专业技术软件时,大多数教师在学生入门阶段的操作技能教学中普遍采用分解演示法,教师演示一步,学生跟着做一步,大部分学生往往跟不上教师节奏。笔者以《图形图像处理》课程教学为例,探讨一种更能适应中职课堂教学需要的课型——基于问题为主导的技能训练课型,分析如何将技能知识化作问题,通过问题解决的连续思维实现个体的认知发展,在模仿习得技能中逐步实现新手向熟手、能手的转变,并形成问题解决的思维方法。
