近年来,中等职业教育出现了全国性的滑坡。中等职业教育发展中出现的困难和问题已引起社会的关注。在此情况下,武汉市经委教育处和武汉工业职工教育研究会联合对武汉市工业中等职业教育改革与发展的课题进行了调查研究,现将我们的调研结果报告如下: 一、武汉工业中等职业教育的现状 (一)数量不少,规范不大,教育效益不高 1.武汉市工业中等专业学校共有十所,其中八所为普通中专,两所为职工中专。十所学校均以招收初中毕业生进行学历教育为目的。现有教职工1012人。其中专职教师519人(仅占教职工总数的51.28%)。专职教师中高级职称125人,中级职称290人,初级职称132人。1999年底在校学生总数为10433人;2000年9月在校学生总数为10166人。上述数据说明了两个问题: 第一、专职教师仅占教职工总数的
In recent years, there has been a national decline in secondary vocational education. The difficulties and problems that have emerged in the development of secondary vocational education have drawn the attention of the community. Under this circumstance, Wuhan Economic Commission Education Department and Wuhan Industrial Workers’ Education Research Institute jointly conducted the investigation and research on the reform and development of secondary vocational education in Wuhan.
