本文介绍利用有限元分析方法计算辉绿岩大平板的热变形,研制了一套表面温度测量系统,建立了平板的有限元分析模型,将温度测量值作为模型的边值条件,利用结构分析程序SAP51对平板的热变形进行数值计算。测量结果和计算结果在形貌上基本一致,表明了平板有限元分析模型的正确,表面温度测量系统的稳定可靠、为石材大平板在加工、检测和使用过程中的热变形监控提供了有效而可行的方法。
In this paper, the finite element analysis method is used to calculate the thermal deformation of the diabase large slab. A surface temperature measurement system is developed and a finite element analysis model of the slab is established. The temperature measurement is taken as the boundary condition of the model, SAP51 numerical calculation of thermal deformation of the plate. The measured results and the calculated results are basically the same in morphology, which shows that the finite element analysis model of the plate is accurate and the surface temperature measurement system is stable and reliable, which provides an effective and effective method for the thermal deformation monitoring of the large flat slab in processing, testing and using Feasible method.
