标准化是企业组织现代化生产和科学管理的一顷重要基础工作。为贯彻国务院《关于加强企业管理若干问题的决定》,配合企业“抓管理、上等级、全面提高素质”工作的开展,提高企业标准化工作的水平,逐步建立起以技术标准为主体、包括工作标准和管理标准在内的企业标准化系统,促进企业技术进步,积极采用国际和国外先进际淮,确保主要产品质量达到先进水平,降低物质消耗,提高经济效益,特制订本办法。
