本文运用古典的赫兹应力理论和新近发展的弹性机油膜理论相结合的方法,对高强化柴油机喷油泵凸轮的疲劳及其寿命进行了讨论。文中给出了柴油机燃料喷射系统的一些结构参数和运行参数对赫兹应力和油膜厚度的影响,指出了尽可能加大当量曲率半径对改善凸轮的疲劳具有重要的意义。最佳当量曲率半径的选择可以通过电子计算机模拟计算,在同时兼顾燃料喷射系统的二次喷射、穴蚀、可靠性及发动机性能的综合要求的前提下进行。文中介绍了根据这一理论对一机车柴油机喷油泵凸轮所进行的修改设计及所取得的预期的试验效果。
In this paper, the classical fatigue theory of Hertzian is combined with the newly developed theory of elastic oil film to discuss the fatigue and life expectancy of high strength diesel fuel injection pump cam. In this paper, some structural parameters and operating parameters of diesel fuel injection system are given to influence the Hertzian stress and oil film thickness. It is pointed out that it is of great importance to increase the equivalent radius of curvature as much as possible to improve the fatigue of the cam. The selection of the best equivalent radius of curvature can be performed by computer simulation, taking into account the secondary injection, cavitation, reliability and engine performance of the fuel injection system. In this paper, based on this theory, a locomotive diesel injection pump cam modified by the design and achieved the expected test results.
