本试验研究为配合昆明框架轻板建筑体系试验〈昆明市建材大楼〉而进行的,由于时间紧迫,有条件承担接头抗震试验的单位又安排不上。昆明市建筑科学研究所在条件较差的情况下承担了这项试验,取得了本文提出的一些成果: 1、在没有大型加荷设备情况下,用予加应力方式建立柱子轴向力80吨,并注意到修正轴向力的方法,节约了试验费用。 2、离心成型予控制心柱对接接头〈无焊接〉在7度地震区用于6层以下框架是可靠的。 3、试验分析中对试验节点的延性系数μ及塑性影响系数C值的确定方法做了一些新的论证。 4、试验为结构设计及面断计算提供了依据,对设计方法提出了修正。
This experimental study was conducted in conjunction with the Kunming Framework Lightweight Building System Test (Kunming Building Materials Building). Due to the time constraints, the units that could undertake the joint seismic test under conditions were not able to make arrangements. The Kunming Institute of Construction Science undertook this experiment under poor conditions, and obtained some results presented in this paper: 1. In the absence of large-scale loading equipment, the column axial force of 80 tons was established by prestressing. , And noticed that the method of correcting the axial force saved the test cost. 2. Centrifugal molding to control the butt joints of the mandrel It is reliable for the frame below the 6th floor in the 7 degree seismic zone. 3. In the test analysis, some new arguments have been made on the determination method of ductility factor μ and plastic effect coefficient C value of the test node. 4. The test provides a basis for structural design and facet calculations, and proposes amendments to the design method.
