近年来,经常出现一些城区学生因为无法承受突如其来的挫折而离家出走的现象,甚至酿成自杀的悲剧,究其原因,中学生心理承受能力差是一个重要因素。教育部在《关于加强中小学心理健康教育的若干意见》中明确指出:“在教学中注意对学生心理健康的教育,这是心理健康教育的主要途径。”可见,随着新课程改革的不断深入,如何培养城区中学生的抗挫折能力是每一位一线教师值得研究的课题。下面,我就结合教育教学实际,粗浅地谈一谈自己的看法:
