对多个不同类型水稻品种进行多试点、多播期和人工气候箱模拟试验结果表明,齐穗后20d内的日均温度是结实期温度对稻米胶稠度影响的主要时段。对稻米胶稠度与齐穗后20d温度关系的回归分析可知,稻米胶稠度随该时段温度的变化呈直线和抛物线型两种趋势,且这种趋势类型的形成与品种的熟性有关,并与品种对温度变化反应的灵敏度和最适温度范围有着密切关系
The results of multi-experiment, multi-sowing and artificial climate box simulations of several different rice varieties showed that the average daily temperature within 20 days after heading was the main period of the effect of grain-filling temperature on the gel consistency of rice. The regression analysis of the relationship between the gel consistency of rice and the temperature at 20 days after heading showed that there was a linear and parabolic tendency between the gel consistency of rice and the temperature during this period and the formation of this trend type was related to the maturity of the varieties. The sensitivity of varieties to temperature changes is closely related to the optimum temperature range
