心包填塞是经皮球囊二尖瓣分离术(PBMC)的严重并发症之一.重者如处理不及时可造成严重后果.我们在10例PBMC 中遇到1例并发重度心包填塞,经紧急心包穿刺置管引流后迅速缓解.现报告如下.患者女、31岁.因风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄入院.查体血压16.0/10.7kPα,心界不大,律齐,心率92次/分.心尖部可闻开瓣音及舒张期隆隆样杂音.心
