日前,最高法院在借助新媒体推进司法公开方面推出新举措,官方微博在新浪网开通,官方微信在腾讯网开通,标志着最高法院在运用新媒体推进司法公开、加大民意沟通、主动拓宽人民群众监督司法渠道等方面又迈出了新的步伐。微博和微信等新媒体的爆炸式增长,改变了传统的传播方式和信息互动方式,产生了巨大的舆论叠加传播效应和事件发生的社会影响范围。新媒体已然成为公众表达意见和参与社会管理的重要渠道和手段。在关注与被关注之间,在传播与被传播之中,新媒体冲击着司法舆论,影响着司法公开。
Recently, the Supreme Court launched a new move to promote the public offering of the judiciary by means of new media. The official Weibo opened in Sina.com and the official WeChat opened in Tencent. This marks the Supreme Court’s efforts in using new media to promote judicial openness, broaden public opinion and expand actively People’s supervision of judicial channels and so has taken a new step. The explosive growth of new media such as Weibo and WeChat has changed the traditional mode of communication and information interaction, resulting in a huge media coverage effect and the social impact of the incident. The new media has become an important channel and means for the public to express their opinions and participate in social management. Among the concerns and the concerns, among the dissemination and dissemination, the new media has hit the judiciary public opinion, affecting the judicial openness.
