国家质检总局2006年颁布了《进出口煤炭检验管理办法》,这一规章是国家质检总局贯彻商检法及其实施条例,进一步促进对外贸易发展,切实保护社会公共利益的又一举措。
AQSIQ promulgated the Measures for the Administration of Import and Export Coal Inspection in 2006, which is yet another measure taken by AQSIQ to carry out the Commodity Inspection Law and its implementing regulations, to further promote the development of foreign trade and effectively protect the social public interest.
