目前,利用微电子技术来改造传统的机械设备,特别是利用微型计算机来改造机床已取得了不少成果。但是微型机内存小,速度慢,因此如何采取一些技术措施,使微型机的内部功能得到充分发挥,使之更好地满足机械加工的需要是一个十分迫切的任务。本文根据作者工作的实践提出了一种粗细插补方法供同行参考。
At present, the use of microelectronic technology to transform the traditional machinery and equipment, especially the use of micro-computer to transform the machine has made a lot of achievements. However, the memory of the microcomputer is small and the speed is slow. Therefore, how to take some technical measures to make the internal functions of the microcomputer fully exert to better meet the machining needs is a very urgent task. Based on the author’s work practice, this paper presents a method of thickness interpolation for peer reference.
