采用溶剂-非溶剂重结晶方法,通过改变溶剂、表面活性剂、搅拌强度及加料方式等工艺条件,制备感度降低的HMX。通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜和10kg落锤撞击感度试验对HMX进行性能表征。结果表明:制备球形HMX晶体的最佳工艺条件是以二甲基亚砜(DMSO)为溶剂,糊精为表面活性剂,搅拌强度为2000r/min,采用反溶剂正加法;球形HMX的撞击感度较原料降低了28%。
The solvent-non-solvent recrystallization method was adopted to prepare the HMX with reduced sensitivity by changing the process conditions such as solvent, surfactant, stirring intensity and feeding method. The HMX was characterized by light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and 10kg drop impact sensitivity test. The results show that the optimum conditions for the preparation of spherical HMX crystals are as follows: dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) as solvent, dextrin as surfactant, stirring intensity 2000r / min, anti-solvent plus addition method; spherical HMX impact sensitivity 28% lower than the raw material.
